Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when my free trial ends?+
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to all Business plan features. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, your workspace automatically moves to the Starter (free) plan and your data is preserved — nothing is deleted.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?+
Yes. Paying annually saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. The Pro plan drops from $29/month to $24/month ($288/year), and the Business plan drops from $79/month to $65/month ($780/year).
Is there a per-seat cost, or is it a flat team rate?+
AmDital uses flat-rate team pricing, not per-seat pricing. The Pro plan supports up to 25 team members at one flat rate, and the Business plan supports unlimited team members — no surprises as your team grows.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?+
Yes. We offer 50% discounts for registered nonprofits and early-stage startups (under $1M ARR, seed stage or earlier). Contact our team at sales@amdital.com with proof of status to apply.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes, you can cancel any time from your billing settings with no cancellation fees. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the annual term.
What does the Enterprise plan include?+
Enterprise plans are custom-quoted and include everything in Business plus: custom data residency (EU, US, or APAC), custom contract terms, SLA with financial penalties, dedicated infrastructure options, custom AI model fine-tuning, and a named Customer Success Manager. Is my data safe and who owns it?+
You own your data 100%. AmDital provides GDPR-ready controls and encrypts all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. You can export all your data at any time in standard formats.
Does the Starter plan have hidden limits?+
No hidden limits. The Starter plan is genuinely free with 1 workspace, 5 team members, unlimited projects, and 50 Ami AI requests per month. The only nudges to upgrade come when you hit a clearly documented limit — and we always tell you in advance.
