AmDital is committed to GDPR compliance. We give you full control over your personal data.
When you use AmDital, we act as a Data Controller for your personal account data (name, email, billing info). We determine the purposes and means of processing this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
For data you input about your own customers, employees, and clients, AmDital acts as a Data Processor on your behalf. Your organisation is the Data Controller for this data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to all customers.
EU/UK data residency is available on Enterprise plans, ensuring your data never leaves European data centres. Standard plans are hosted on AWS infrastructure with appropriate transfer safeguards.
We use a limited number of vetted sub-processors (AWS, Stripe, SendGrid) all covered by Data Processing Agreements and GDPR-compliant safeguards. A full sub-processor list is available on request.
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
